Team Racing – March 1st
On March 1st, we will learn about “Team Racing” and then sail a Team Race. At 9:30, sailors will meet in the Clubhouse and have a 15-20 minute education explaining Team Racing and the rules. We will also put the teams together at that time. Teams will consist of A, B & C Sunfish and, for Prams, IOD, A, & B. Actual team breakdown will depend on who actually shows up to sail. First signal is 10:15. The sunfish will start first on a larger outside course and Prams will start approximately three minutes later with an inside course.
All boats will need to be rigged and Sunfish will need to have their boats in the water before the 9:30 education.
Duties cannot be assigned at this time as we don’t know who will actually come. All sailors sailing next week will be expected to help out with duties.
